We are excited to announce our Fall Flex Drop-in program for those players taking part in other sports in the Fall, but would still like to continue JAB workouts. If you’re planning on playing football, volleyball, or some other fall sport check out this option to keep your skills sharp.
Workout Options If you choose the Fall Flex option, players are able to attend as many or as few of the following workouts as you wish: Monday Workouts: 3v3 Academy: 5:30pm-6:30pm Sharp Shooters: 6:30pm-7:30pm Grit and Grind: 4:30pm-5:30pm
Thursday Workout: One team practice at a designated time.
NOTE: We are actively seeking sponsor support to reduce select-level fees. Our goal is to make JAB affordable to all. Please contact us if you have a business in mind who would be interested in partnering with us!
