Director of Business Operations

The Director of Business Operations implements, manages and evaluates operation processes and procedures, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by JAB.  They ensure that operational processes stay within agreed upon budgets and timelines and assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to grow, improve, and standardize all aspects of operations.  The goal of the position is ensuring that the entire organization runs efficiently while the needs of clients, players, coaches, and parents and the implementation of the JAB vision and core values are executed and managed effectively.  The D.B.O. will oversee marketing and finances.  Specific duties for individuals in this position may vary. 

The duties of this team member often include the management of everyday activities, along with creating strategies and processes. For this reason, successful applicants for this job are usually people who can oversee small details and big-picture issues.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant maintains the efficient running of our program through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. They handle phone calls, emails, schedules, registration for tryouts, camps, and teams, organize files, run errands and perform a huge array of other essential tasks.
