Combining our popular 3 v 3 Academy with concentrated shooting skills and controlled scrimmage, offers an intense workout designed to challenge every aspect of a player's game.
WHO: Grades 4-9 Intermediate to Advanced WHEN: Super Workout will run ONE day a week in the Fall. Players will attend the Super Workout time for their "league" grade level. To attend a "select" level Super Workout, players will need to be approved by a coach. Boys 7th-9th- Mondays 6-7:30pm at Jesuit Boys 4th-6th- Thursdays 7-8:30pm at Jesuit Girls Super Workout will be run within ONE of the their team practices. Day is still TBD and will be updated soon.
Super Workout is part of both our Select and Team Practices for the Fall. Super Workout registration is for players not on a team. We will NOT have Flex in the fall but will instead have players register for Super Workout.
