5 minutes of each of the following:
Ball Handling
1 ball work: pounds, combos, in & outs etc…
3 move combo
1 minute burn out
2 ball burn out
2 ball freestyle (consecutive combo moves)
Mikan
Regular, reverse, butt to baseline
Post footwork (1 minute each)
Drop steps with back to basket
Left block:
Drop step to baseline (1 minute)
Drop step to middle (1 minute)
Right block:
Drop step to baseline (1 minute)
Drop step to middle (1 minute)
Either block:
Freestyle (1 minute)
Pivot shooting pull ups
Pivot shooting 15 footers
Pivot shooting floaters
10 Minutes:
1v1 in the post (if you have a sibling/parent to play)
1 dribble allowance
OR
Wing Series (if no one to play 1v1)
Free style - you pick your finishes
Make 8/10 FTs
For the Extra-Ordinary
Put 5 minutes on the clock. Make as many 3 pointers as you can using nobody as a rebounder except yourself.
